I think the word isn't inseminated - that's when they put semen into you for invivo fertilization.

Your eggs are being inseminated outside of your body 'in vitro', so inseminated isn't really the right term.

I think the word is probably 'implanted' for what is going on - the fertilized egg/blastula is placed inside you with hopes that it will attach and grow - ie, it is 'planted'.


Mayim...the word is actually "transfer". Thank you for pointing it out.
